The founder of the Jesus the Gospel Church International in 1987 and ordained ministers under the Assemblies of God Philippines. Brother Benjamin Ramos is recognized as an Apostle of God nationwide and abroad. He has shared his ministry and testimony in some parts of the world and highly regarded for his visionary insight into Pastoral Ministry. His bold, energetic, humorous, and dynamic ministries have encouraged the body of Christ.

Currently, he is serving as the chairman of CHRISTIAN BISHOPS AND MINISTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CBMAP) and TIMES OF REFRESHING (TOR).

Many Pastors look to him as their father in the Lord. Sister Methusela is gifted in the ministry of Prophetic Praise and Worship and Teaching. He and his wife started the “Times of Refreshing” in 1996. Together as partners, they are sharing the “Times of Refreshing” to different churches nationwide and abroad.
